Here you can download the tree order form and either print it off or fill it out and submit online.

Also, keep in mind that Hughes County Conservation District does not ship trees out. 

 

To fill the form out via your computer, just download the Word Doc. located below. Once you've finished completing the form, save the document to your computer. From there, you can submit it by emailing it

 

to HughesCCD@gmail.com.
